We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's objectives.
In this role you will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

STRATEGIC TALENT ACQUISITION
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS & OPERATIONS
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture. Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.
