DESCRIPTION:
Amazon Shipping is building Europe's next-generation logistics network for external shippers, scaling rapidly across the UK, Italy, Spain, and France. We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive commercial excellence across our EU business, owning a critical workstream within a newly scaled Sales Ops function.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role. You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution, partnering with BD leaders across four geographies, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance to turn commercial priorities into measurable outcomes. Depending on business need, your focus area will be one of: commercial enablement and onboarding, sales acceleration and campaign execution, reporting and analytics, or tooling and process improvement.
EU PAY TRANSPARENCY TAGLINE
The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Logistics, Delivery and Shipping Sector. The position is classified at level quadro or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience. The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For tempo parziale hours, the salary will be pro-rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
