San Clemente Palace Venice is seeking a committed Pastry Commis to support a busy pastry kitchen in a luxury hotel. You will help prepare a variety of pastry items, assist with menu ideas, and ensure excellence in quality, taste and presentation.
You will also manage mise en place, monitor portion control, and operate pastry equipment safely. 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hotel or fine-dining setting is preferred.
