That's why we're looking for our next Chief of Staff.
This isn't a support role.
It's one of the highest-impact positions inside hlpy.
You’ll work directly with our CEO and Leadership Team, helping transform ambitious ideas into company-wide execution.
You’ll have visibility across every function, every country and every strategic initiative.
You’ll be in the room where the most important decisions are made.
And often, you’ll be the person making sure those decisions actually happen.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, connecting people, challenging assumptions and making organizations move faster, you’ll probably love this role.
What you’ll be working on
There is no typical week.
Depending on the company’s priorities, you could be:
- Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple countries.
- Leading cross-functional projects involving Operations, Product, Technology, Sales, Finance and HR.
- Supporting the integration of newly acquired companies.
- Preparing Board materials, executive presentations and strategic analyses.
- Helping define company priorities and tracking execution across the organization.
- Working alongside department leaders to remove execution bottlenecks.
