We are looking for a Solution Proposal Engineer to join our Solutions Business Center Europe team. The Solution Business Center is a regional team with team members located in different European countries and supporting customers throughout Europe and Central Asia. The current position is based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), Italy. The candidate will bridge technical understanding with commercial strategy to help secure project wins and build long-term customer relationships.
What is the role about?
The Solution Proposal Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the sales process by developing technically sound, cost-effective, and customer-focused proposals for engineered solutions. Working closely with the Solution Architect, external sales teams and cross-functional departments, this role ensures timely and accurate preparation of project proposals that align with customer requirements and Endress+Hauser’s solution offerings.
The main activities will include:
Collaborate with External Sales Engineers, Solution Pursuit Managers and Solution Architects, to develop tailored solution proposals for customers.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for systems, packages, and services based on Endress+Hauser products and third-party components.
Engage directly with customers to understand their processes, gather requirements, and define project scopes.
