Role

As EU Services Business Development Lead – Governmental Vertical, you will help define and lead Mastercard's Services growth strategy for the Governmental Vertical across Europe.

The primary focus of the role is to drive sales acceleration and business growth by connecting local market opportunities with regional and product capabilities, aligning stakeholders across country, division, product, and Services Business Development teams, and translating public sector needs into a clear, commercially relevant growth agenda. Given the complexity of the Governmental Vertical, the role will require strong internal alignment, disciplined stakeholder orchestration, and the ability to connect teams across individual markets to build shared priorities, coordinate execution, and scale success
