About The Role

Based at Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina,



the People & Culture Coordinator plays an important role in the successful pre-opening and ongoing operation of the resort's People & Culture function. The role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across the colleague lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll inputs, colleague engagement and People & Culture initiatives.

During the pre-opening phase, the People & Culture Coordinator will play a particularly active role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of the resort's opening team, ensuring accurate and timely administration while contributing to the creation of a positive colleague experience and the establishment of Mandarin Oriental's culture from day one.

As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
