Duration: 6-month internship, with possibility of joining the team permanently at the end
Compensation: €1,100 net/month

Octorate is a leading Travel SaaS company and part of the Zucchetti Group. We develop a cloud-based, all-in-one platform designed to help hotels, B&Bs;, and property managers simplify their daily operations and boost direct bookings.
The Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern fluent in Spanish or French to join our Customer Success team in Rome. You will work side by side with our specialists, learning how a hospitality SaaS platform really works and becoming the point of contact for our partners across Spain, France, LATAM and international markets.
What You Will Do
Support the onboarding of new clients, helping them configure the platform correctly.
Assist our partners via chat, email, and phone in your language,
with the guidance of a senior colleague.
Learn how hotels and B&Bs; increase their direct bookings, and help clients get there.
Handle basic troubleshooting and report bugs or improvement ideas to the Product team.
Translate and update our help center articles and internal documentation.
Join training sessions and client calls alongside the team.
Requirements
Language Skills: Native or C1 minimum fluency in Spanish or French (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in Italian and English is also required.
Attitude: No previous experience needed. We are looking for curiosity, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in tech and hospitality.
