To support its international expansion strategy, the organization is growing its residential energy storage business in Italy by establishing a dedicated distributor network and strengthening local market coverage. Operating within a highly entrepreneurial and performance-driven environment, the company empowers regional leaders to independently develop channel partnerships, expand market presence, and drive sustainable commercial growth.
The Country Manager - Italy will be responsible for leading the company's residential energy storage business across the Italian market. This role focuses on building and managing distributor channels, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving long-term business growth for residential ESS products.
Acting as the commercial lead for Italy, the successful candidate will oversee the complete distributor development process, including market mapping, customer acquisition, business negotiations, contract execution, order management, and ongoing channel development.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a structured distributor pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing potential channel partners across the Italian market.
Identify key decision-makers, conduct customer visits, and present the company's products and value proposition while understanding customer requirements.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract execution, sa
