About the job The Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences is responsible for leading all food & beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting and culinary operations. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams and ensuring operational excellence across one of Rome's most exciting luxury dining destinations.
As Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences, you will be responsible for the following dut
