At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona .
Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.
What will your main responsibilities be?
Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes , from problem definition to final recommendations.
Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations .
Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.
Identify business,
technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.
What will you need?
At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting , corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.
Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)
Previous experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent .
Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page .
Experience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations .
Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
Excellent written and spoken English .
University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.
