They are also in charge of making sure their company is strategically positioned to engage new clients.ResponsibilitiesRresponsible for developing, leading, and managing key account(s).
Accountable for the outcome of assigned projects including KPI reporting, customer service, routing, problem resolution (including accounts receivable), vendor compliance and customer interaction.Developing solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating with other departments and employees as needed, and working constantly with clients to ensure their needs are being met.Ability to extract and analyze account data and provide sale and service quality data forecast to management.Creation and delivery of MBR and QBR data to meet or exceed global sales and client expectations.Adhere to all government and regulatory compliance standards with regar
