MSP Partner Sales Business Development Manager In this role you will drive Cisco’s growth in the EMEA South region by forging high-value strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with financial goals and cloud-first strategies. You will shape the partner ecosystem, accelerate recurring revenue, and influence executive stakeholders. Drive long-term growth by cultivating high-value partnerships and expanding market reach
Lead complex commercial negotiations to structure mutually beneficial agreements
Accelerate recurring revenue by identifying untapped opportunities within the ecosystem
Empower the channel network to deliver scalable value to end customers
Shape the partner ecosystem as the primary architect of initiatives bridging technical innovation with commercial success
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field with at least five years in sales or business development in MSP/MSSP
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas with partner development and go-to-market strategies
Deep knowledge of MSP/MSSP landscape, including recurring-revenue, consumption-based, and partner-led models
Strong experience managing complex commercial processes: pricing, contracting, negotiation
Advanced CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
