The selected candidate will support Italian and international clients through in-depth investigative work, including:Reputational due diligence on individuals and companiesBackground checks and pre-employment screeningCorporate intelligence and asset tracingStructured OSINT research across open sources, media, registries, and databasesKey ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth investigative and OSINT research, cross-referencing data from multiple sources to identify reputational, financial, and integrity risks relevant to the clientInvestigate corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and cross-border business relationships using international corporate databasesAnalyze national and international corporate registries and judicial databases, as well as industry-specific sources (e.g. Cerved, Orbis), to reconstruct corporate and personal profilesCritically assess and verify information gathered from multiple sources,
distinguishing documented facts from unverified claims or inferenceDraft clear, well-structured investigative reports, translating complex findings into accurate and actionable intelligenceContribute to the continuous improvement of the team's research tools and investigative methodologiesRequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in investigations, reputational due diligence, or corporate intelligence (not compliance/AML alone)Proven proficiency with OSINT tools and investigative methodologiesPrior experience with international corporate databases (e.g. Orbis/Bureau van Dijk, Cerved, or equivalent) and cross-border researchDemonstrated experience drafting investigative or due diligence reportsExcellent written and spoken EnglishPrecision, analytical rigor, and sound ethical judgment in handling confidential informationDegree in Economics, Law, or Criminology (preferred)Knowledge of a
