About the role:
As a Manufacturing Planner , you will be responsible for the medium‑and‑long‑term planning of one or more manufacturing projects. You will collect, consolidate, and manage fabrication sequences prepared by Manufacturing Engineers, aligning them with resource availability and production calendars. You will focus on ensuring that the project delivery dates meet their targets through smooth, efficient, and cost‑effective production planning. You will work with the Component Delivery Manager team to optimize time and resources, anticipate potential scheduling issues, and develop recovery plans. This is a full‑time position , performed 100% onsite .
You will report to the Head of Operations and be located in Monfalcone, Italy . You will be fully onsite .
Key Responsibilities:
Perform medium‑and‑long‑term planning for one or multiple manufacturing projects, developing and maintaining the Project Master Schedule based on fabrication sequences provided by Manufacturing Engineers
Assign lead times and required production resources to each operation, ensuring alignment with customer milestones and delivery commitments
Identify and monitor the project critical path , supporting the Component Delivery Manager team in meeting project objectives
Control and expedite project execution, tracking production progress and identifying deviations from plan
Define, implement, and follow up on recovery plans when project progress is not aligned with objectives, minimizing disruptions and delays
