About The Job The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all technology operations across the hotel, ensuring the reliability, security and efficiency of systems that support both the guest experience and day-to-day operations. Reporting to the IT Director , this role is responsible for maintaining Mandarin Oriental technology standards, supporting hotel colleagues, safeguarding information assets and delivering seamless technology-enabled experiences for guests throughout the property.
