U.S. Navy Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a Regional NAF Human Resources Director to lead a comprehensive HR program across multiple sites, including Italy, Bahrain, and Spain.
You will advise the Regional FFR Director on all NAF personnel matters, including recruitment, staffing, benefits, and labor relations. The role requires broad HR expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with CNIC and DoD entities to ensure compliant operations and effective program delivery
