For one of our major clients, a worldwide industry leader, with production facilities across the globe, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager – LED Modules, to lead and grow a global portfolio of linear and area LED modules with focus in commercial and industrial lighting applications.
You will act as the business owner of the portfolio, shaping product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle decisions, while working cross-functionally with R&D;, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Marketing.
This is a strategic, hands‐on role at the intersection of market insight, technology, and commercial execution.
Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for LED modules across commercial & industrial applications
Translate market, customer, and application needs into competitive product specifications
Drive the Full Product Lifecycle: Concept, Development, Launch, Scaling, Phaseout
Lead portfolio and customization strategies to balance speed, reuse, and profitability Act as application and market expert for OEMs, luminaire manufacturers, and system integrators
Support go‐to‐market activities: positioning, value propositions, sales enablement
5+ years in Product Management / Product Marketing within professional lighting or LED components business
Proven experience with LED modules and electronic boards, ideally in B2B commercial & industrial lighting
Solid understanding of LED technologies, optical/thermal/electrical constraints, and certifications (e.g. ENEC, UL, Zhaga, DALI ecosystem)
Strong market and application knowledge (offices, retail, industrial, logistics, public buildings)
Education & Languages
degree in Engineering or equivalent (MBA is a plus)
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
CCNL: Vetro, Lampade e Display
RAL: 55k-65k + MBO 10%
A laptop, a mobile phone and a credit card are provided.
The Compensation Package Does Not Include a Company Car.
Hybrid: 50% smartworking
