About The Role

There is no property tax in Dubai, no capital gains tax, and no income tax on what you earn. Plenty of investors in Italy have worked that out already. What most of them do not have is someone they can call who understands both the Dubai market and how business actually gets done back home.

That is the job. You will advise Italian-speaking investors on off-plan property here, in their own language. You do not need any Dubai experience to start. We will teach you the market, the developers and the product from scratch. This posting is for candidates in Genoa who are ready to make the move.

Why this is different to most agent jobs in Dubai

Most brokerages hand you a phone and wish you luck. We do not work that way. Our marketing team builds and pays for campaigns in Italian, aimed at Italy, and the enquiries that come back go to you.

You will spend your first two weeks in our academy,



and after that you will be working alongside managers who have been selling in this market for fifteen years or more. By the end of it you will be able to sit across from someone who asks why they should send their money to Dubai and give them a proper answer, with numbers behind it.

Off-plan rewards patience, too. Payment plans run over several years, clients tend to come back for a second and third purchase, and referrals build on each other. Agents who take the time to build their market properly end up with something that keeps paying them long after the first sale.

What we are looking for:

Fluent Italian and strong professional English. You need both
Someone who knows the Italian market well: how business is done there, and what it takes to earn somebody's trust
Experience in sales, business development, investment, banking, luxury hospitality or real estate
Discipline. The agents who do well here are the ones who show
