The Director of Lifestyle (DOLS) is responsible for the general administration and profitability of the operation of the Lifestyle and Housekeeping departments.
The DOLS is responsible that all Rooms Division areas are interfaced and communication between Lifestyle and Housekeeping is flawless. The DOLS ensure the Lifestyle Manager and Housekeeping Manager are constantly coached and are executing the “Stay with Armani” experience for each guest. Reports directly to the General Manager of Armani Hotel Milan or to any other employee who will be indicated in the letter confirming the actual start date or who will be indicated by the General Manager during the course of the employment relationship. The DOLS is required to take ownership and accountability for the Lifestyle and Housekeeping operations of Armani Hotel Milan in partnership with the EXCOM and General Manager of the property. Ensure all routine matters are handled effectively without guidance and must be able to interact with employees within immediate business areas.
