Purchasing and Contract Management Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire procurement process supporting production activities.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs), issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).
- Verify order confirmations and maintain ongoing communication with external suppliers.
- Handle the administrative and operational management of contracts and related purchase orders.
- Collaborate with various departments to monitor orders, perform data analysis, and support production order closing activities.

Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, monitoring, and management activities.
- Good command of the English language,



both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in managing procurement processes, including creating Purchase Requisitions and monitoring Purchase Orders, while ensuring effective communication with suppliers. Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems like SAP to support production activities.
