Junior Office Assistant - Renewable Energy | Rome

LCF Alliance is a fast-growing investment firm active in the renewable energy sector, with over 140 MW of solar PV assets acquired across 50+ transactions in Italy.
We are specialized in acquiring, optimizing and managing medium-scale photovoltaic plants, with the ambition to become one of the leading Independent Power Producers in the market.
Our Team is composed of highly experienced people from a wide variety of backgrounds. This ensures our capabilities to quickly execute complex transactions through an efficient and problem-solving oriented acquisition model.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Office Assistant to join our Corporate Services Team in Rome.

What you will do:
Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
Welcome clients and visitors at our Rome office
Assist with data entry and managing corporate devices
Support meeting scheduling and business travel arrangements
Handle expense reports and administrative documentation




Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Coordinate internal meetings and small corporate events
Provide administrative support across departments

What we are looking for
Hard skills:
Excellent knowledge of English (C1); other languages will be considered a plus
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience using Windows and/or macOS operating systems
Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role will be considered a plus
