For an international company entering a new phase of digital growth, Ali Professional is looking for a:
based in Bologna .
We are looking for someone who lives comfortably between two worlds.
Creativity and performance.
Someone who understands that a beautiful campaign is not enough if nobody sees it.
And that millions of impressions mean very little if nobody remembers the brand behind them.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will define and execute the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, working closely with Brand, Communication, Sales, E-commerce and external agencies.
You will have responsibility for the entire digital ecosystem: from strategy and media planning to content, performance and analytics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define the annual digital marketing roadmap
- Translate business objectives into digital priorities
- Develop integrated acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
- Identify new platforms,



formats and digital opportunities
- Monitor competitors, consumer behaviour and emerging trends
- Contribute to the evolution of the overall customer journey

PERFORMANCE MARKETING
- Manage paid media strategy across search, social and display
- Coordinate acquisition and retargeting campaigns
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and other key performance indicators
- Optimise campaigns based on data and business results
- Manage relationships with media and performance agencies
- Allocate budgets across channels according to performance

SOCIAL & CONTENT
- Define social media strategy together with Brand and Communication teams
- Develop editorial and content priorities
- Identify new formats and opportunities for audience growth
- Coordinate creators, agencies and external partners
- Ensure consistency between brand positioning and digital execution

CRM & CUSTOMER JOURNEY
- Support CRM and customer engagem
