Customer Value Manager

As we continue to evolve our client portfolio and expand, MET Energia Italia is now looking for a talented Customer Value Manager, who will be contributing to the growth of the company in the Italian market.
You will play a key role in developing and managing initiatives aimed at maximizing the value of customers acquired by MET Energia Italia within the Household segment, across both digital and agent-based sales channels. In this role, you will contribute to our daily operations through:
- Define the key requirements and overall strategy to establish a strong and valuable relationship with customers following the successful completion of the sales process (from welcome communications to cross-selling and broader customer monetization initiatives) and manage related development projects to ensure effective and timely execution
- Oversee daily operations aimed at enhancing customer value, reducing churn, and increasing long-term revenues, ensuring full alignment with SME and Household Sales, Operations, and Back-Office teams




- Develop and implement an analytical framework to support data-driven decision-making and identify the most effective strategies to maximize customer value
- Support the CEO, CFO, Head of SME Sales, and Digital Sales Manager of MET Energia Italia in shaping the Digital Sales strategy within the broader company strategy, contributing to the definition of short- and long-term targets and ensuring the availability of necessary resources
- Be active and ready to take on new challenges in other areas of MET should this become your desire

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in similar roles in other Energy (power and/or gas) companies
- Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to go the extra mile and a continuous improvement approach
- Ability to thrive in a high-profile, fast-paced, and demanding environment focused on continuous value creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven data-drive
