The role:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented HR or Training professional with a deep understanding of the Italian mandatory training? We are looking for a Health & Safety Training Specialist to take ownership of our mandatory training operations in Italy. In this role, you will ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of all training activities in Italy and oversee the operational deployment of transverse training plans for employees.
Main responsibilities:
- Legal Compliance:
Ensure all local training initiatives strictly adhere to Italian labor law and mandatory requirements (including D.lgs 81/08 health & safety and specific compliance training), collaborating closely with the RSPP when needed.
- Mandatory Training: maintaining and updating the mandatory training deadlines ( scadenziario della formazione obbligatoria).
- End-to-End Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of training files, from course registrations and agreements to attendance sheets, completion certificates, and strict budget tracking.
- Operational Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with operational teams and the different HR departments to ensure day-to-day delivery of mandatory training and guaranteeing high engagement and participation rates to all the courses.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor updates regarding Italian training regulations, keeping our internal reporting tools accurate and up to date.
