This is a highly collaborative role, working across Sales, Marketing,
Supply Chain and Leadership to turn data and market insights into better decisions, stronger execution and measurable commercial impact.
What you will do
- Lead the Commercial WinRoom / S&OP; process, bringing teams together around a single view of business performance, risks and opportunities.
- Improve forecast accuracy, inventory visibility and commercial decision‐making.
- Identify and prioritise high‐value customers, territories and crop opportunities, helping sales teams focus resources where they can have the greatest impact.
- Develop fact‐based customer and territory targeting models and segmentation.
- Turn Salesforce/CRM data into actionable commercial insights, improving CRM adoption and field‐force productivity.
- Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards and reporting to provide clear visibility of sell‐in, sell‐out, channel inventory and commercial performance.Track commercial initiatives and campaign ROI, identifying opportunities
