and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the YORK/SABROE brand across the areaAchieves the target for sales in the assigned areaDeals directly with major customers within the assigned areaDevelops long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers and end-usersUnderstands the customer base needs and works to align them with JCI products and servicesSeeks for York/Johnson Controls to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment of the assigned areaPartners with other sales teams to maximize profit generation, influencing on specifications (end-users, consulting engineers) and managing pricing (contractors)Keeps up to date with products and competitorsReports sales figuresGrows and updates regularly the pipelineFind new markets/industrail sectors for industrial heatpumps to boost decarbonisation.What we look forPrevious experience within the HVACR industry with a special focus on chillers/heatpumps applicationsStrong experience in
