ABOUT THE JOB As part of this role, he/she will be responsible for: - Welcoming, informing, and directing guests. - Handling reservation requests by phone and email. - Organizing the seating plan according to service flow and guest volume. - Ensuring an excellent guest experience. ABOUT YOU - Proven experience as a host/hostess or in a similar role. - Excellent presentation, dynamic and motivated. - Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to listen attentively to guests' needs. - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
