In this role, you will define and drive the governance framework for master data across the High Voltage business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across functions, you will improve data quality, establish clear ownership, and help create the trusted data foundations needed to support digitalization, automation, and future business growth.
You will play a key role in aligning business and functional teams around common standards, governance processes, and data quality objectives.



The position offers broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to influence how critical business data is managed and utilized globally.
Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to drive change across a complex international organization, and a genuine interest in improving business processes through effective data governance. The role was established to strengthen governance, improve cross-functional alignment, and support long-term business transformation initiatives.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Define and govern the global Master Data Management (MDM) framework across the High Voltage business.
- Identify critical master data objects, ownership structures, lifecycle requirements, and business usage.
- Establish governance processes, standards, roles, and responsibilities for master data management.
- Drive organizational adoption of master data governance practices and support change management initiatives across the business.
