Who are we looking for?
The HR Manager Italy leads the country HR agenda across the Italian organization, covering 4 sites including manufacturing operations (+ 250 employees). The role ensures that people priorities are aligned with business needs, Italian labour requirements and the Continental Europe HR strategy. Acting as a trusted partner to country, site and functional leaders, the role supports organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent development, engagement and change implementation. It also develops and guides the local HR team, collaborates effectively with HR CoEs and regional HR stakeholders, a
