Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Coordinator who is well-versed in Kanix software, specifically used in real estate development. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with Kanix software, and providing training and support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement ERP systems, including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Ensure integration of ERP systems with Kanix software, resolving any technical issues that arise
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP and Kanix software
- Develop and maintain documentation of ERP and Kanix software processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
- Analyse and troubleshoot ERP and Kanix software issues, identifying and implementing solutions
- Stay up to date with new features and updates in ERP and Kanix software, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures
