Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Assistance Specialist to join our multicultural team. You will be the primary contact for Italian clients, handling inquiries by phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This in-person role requires EU work eligibility, flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts, and excellent communication. You will log interactions in our CRM, monitor CSAT and FCR metrics, and participate in ongoing training.
