We are looking for a Project Manager Solution Projects to join our Solutions Business Center Europe team. The Solution Business Center is a regional team with team members located in different European countries and supporting customers throughout Europe and Central Asia. The current position is based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) , Italy. The candidate will lead and manage solution projects with EPC contractors.
What is the role about?
The Project Manager Solution Projects leads complex international projects throughout their entire lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the achievement of cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. Also, the role collaborates closely with customers, Sales Centers, and internal stakeholders while providing coaching and guidance to Project Managers.
The main activities will include:
- Manage the full project lifecycle of major and complex solution projects, including materials, services, engineering, construction and commissioning —from planning and design to execution, control, and close-out—according to Endress+Hauser’s Standard 201.
- Lead and coordinate international project teams across organizations, including project engineers, administrators, suppliers, and other contributors
