We are looking for a Project Engineering Manager to join our Solutions Business Center Europe team. The Solution Business Center is a regional team with team members located in different European countries and supporting customers throughout Europe and Central Asia. The current position is based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) , Italy. The candidate will oversee the engineering process for solution projects from proposal to contract close-out and guide the Engineering and Production team.
What is the role about?
The Project Engineering Manager oversees the engineering and production team for solution projects across Europe, from proposal to contract close-out. The role includes guiding the engineering and production team coordinating with customers and partners, and ensuring designs meet technical, commercial, and safety standards.
The main activities will include:
- Lead and manage the engineering process for solution projects from proposal to contract close-out.
- Coordinate and direct the project engineering team, ensuring alignment across organizations, disciplines and coordination with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead the rollout and implementation of methodologies within the engineering team and ensure the processes are followed.
