Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will combine your clinical expertise with a strong commercial mindset to develop Masimo’s presence across hospitals and private healthcare institutions within your territory.
You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders, identify new business opportunities and support customers throughout the entire sales cycle — from initial engagement and product demonstrations to clinical evaluations, implementation and ongoing education.
Working closely with the wider Sales and Clinical teams, you will play an important role in growing existing accounts, developing new business and establishing Masimo technologies as standards of care within your territory.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, private clinics, clinicians, key opinion leaders and other healthcare stakeholders across the assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities for Masimo’s portfolio of patient monitoring technologies.




- Manage the full sales cycle, including account qualification, product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, negotiations, closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Develop strategic account plans for key customers and coordinate the internal resources required to successfully execute them.
- Provide clinical expertise and support for Masimo products, particularly within critical care environments such as Anesthesia, ICU, NICU/PICU and Emergency Care.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, customer training and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Support hospitals in evaluating and transitioning their existing patient monitoring technologies to Masimo solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinical bodies, key opinion leaders and research institutions within the territory.
- Support clinical research initiatives and follow up on evaluations involving Masim
