The Opportunity
We're seeking an accomplished Commerciale for the Center of Italy to join Marco's team. This role offers the chance to:

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (70%)
Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closingGenerate and qualify leadsConduct meetings with key decision-makersPrepare and negotiate proposalsSecure contracts to meet revenue targets
Strategic Planning (20%)
Co-develop and refine market strategiesOptimize sales tools and processesAdapt global initiatives for the local market
Market Presence (10%)
Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairsOrganize and participate in networking eventsBuild relationships with key influencersEnhance company reputation in Italy
Additional Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client relationshipsHandle account operations, including customer service and forecastingCoordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service deliveryRepresent company at industry events
What you can bring to us
5+ years of relevant experienceProven track record in B2G/B2B sales, preferably with disruptive technologiesExperience managing sales agent networksNative Italian and conversational English proficiencyWillingness to travel regularly.
