International HR Learning Specialist

Purpose of the position:
As International HR Learning Specialist, you will join Offshore Learning and Development team at Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) , based in Milan.
How can you support us?
- Definition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company’s authorization cycles and established guidelines
- Collaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans
- Design and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training
- Evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results
- Monitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs
- Coordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops
- Promotion of a learning culture within the organization
- Feeding and updating training information within company systems
What are we looking for?
Education:
A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master's degree in training or HR will be considered a plus.
