Well, if you’re interested in our Head of Sales role, this might be your next step We are looking for an experienced Commercial Leader to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few).

As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead the Commercial Plan execution and be a key contributor to the Commercial Strategy development,
in cooperation with Head of Mktg & Category Development Italy & Iberia, with the objective of accelerating growth ahead of the market in this pivotal leadership role. We are looking for a rock star that fosters a high-performance culture and will be accountable for identifying and maximising the potential of the market. This position requires a strategic thinker with robust industry knowledge, exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record in driving commercial success within the FMCG sector.
Planning, local & international annual trade negotiations, promotional plans, customer category management, customer contribution target for the market’s entire product portfolio in the mass distribution channel, consistently driving growth and excellence in execution.
