Our team is seeking a Multi‐Site WHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) Manager who will support the AGLI (Amazon Grocery Logistics International) operations. This role is responsible to provide technical support, tactical execution, and deliver a strategy for future expansion in an ambiguous, fast‐paced environment. You will be responsible for collaborating with AGLI operations team and the Global WHS team to execute company environmental procedures and ensure compliance with all applicable Country and World Wide regulations. Utilizing risk assessments and compliance evaluations, this individual will lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize risk and implement best practices. You must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing. You must possess proficiency in Health and safety regulatory knowledge and demonstrate this expertise when working with teams throughout the EU Operations. You will need to thrive and deliver a strategy for execution across multiple sites in a fast‐paced environment. Traveling required: 25%.
