Tomorrow can't wait, let's shape it together Data Platform & Governance Manager in Trieste Annual Gross Salary Pay Range: 73.256,80 € - 91.571,00 € under 1 SQ CLA level The Data Platform & Governance Manager sits within the Growth Data & Intelligence team, as part of the wider Global Consumer Experience function. You will directly shape how marketing teams across the organization access and act on data, accelerating time-to-insight through scalable, AI-enhanced data products. This role serves as the primary interface and accountable owner for ensuring that data requirements are met through the enterprise data platform (owned by the Global D&A; team) and key martech tools (sourced and run by the DBS-Digital Business Solutions team). The Data Platform & Governance Manager advocates for business needs, defines clear requirements, negotiates priorities and SLAs, and drives cross-functional coordination to enable reliable, high-quality data flows for customer and consumer analytics, activation,
and channel performance optimisation - including readiness for AI and advanced analytics workloads. This role combines technical platform expertise, strong cross-functional coordination, and governance leadership to deliver the data foundations that power consumer growth initiatives. Collect and prioritize data requirements (sources, schemas, real-time needs, integrations, AI/ML readiness) and articulate them to DBS and Global D&A.; Represent Global Customer & Consumer Experience in DBS tooling selection, implementation, and roadmap discussions, ensuring martech supports data granularity, tracking, and AI/ML readiness. Drive Global D&A; governance implementation participate in planning forums to secure platform capacity and features for growth and AI workloads.
