We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy . The Thermal Sr Product Manager is responsible for managing the Product Lifecycle, supporting the business growth and gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the go-to-market and the marketing plan. This role is critical in ensuring performance visibility and coordination across pipeline, orders, sales, and key financial metrics specific to the assigned product line.
What kind of work will you be doing? Gain deep insight into customer needs and desired outcomes through extensive customer, channel, and market research. Support Early Quotation Program becoming the Subject Matter Expert for the Tech Sales community until full product release Define "VOC" voice of customer and share and drive requirements with global business units Define business cases for new products developments and propose both organic and inorganic growth plans. Execute product business case on existing products in line with Thermal EMEA targets Drive strategic and operational alignment across the EMEA Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and the Global Business Unit. Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans to maximize product revenue and profitability.
