This Role is Tailor‑Made for You Because: You're a hands on engineering manager who loves making stores run flawlessly - from POS and payments to clienteling and store reporting - and you know how to turn business needs into reliable, observable software and smooth store operations. You're comfortable leading vendor resources, partnering with Store Operations, and diving into new store openings while improving day to day reliability. Own store technology delivery & operations. Lead feature development and on‑call for POS, clienteling, store reporting, and payments; run incident/root cause analysis, harden releases, and monitor uptime, authorization success rates, and tender reliability. Launch & scale new stores and relocations. Partner with Retail Ops to stage POS devices, payment terminals, and clienteling i Pads for new store openings; ensure configuratio
