This position is on-site in Valencia, Spain. We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside of the city or country. Our BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products. We don't follow formats. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role; Excellent SQL and R or Python; Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques; Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings; Data analysis and interpretation: Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner. Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses; Develop and implement models to support business decisions.



Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions; Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives. Mentorship and training: Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting; Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
