Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client team and their representatives. Lead the Mercury delivery team ensuring the company values and culture are at the forefront. Maintain awareness of project risks and opportunities and ensure mitigations are in place where required. Ensure that projects under their control are delivered safely on time and within budget. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reporting on project status that tracks percentage complete, schedule performance, baseline variance and costs. Deliver all projects in line with both Mercury Engineering and the client's health and safety requirements. Ensure that subcontractors used have been vetted by the Mercury procurement department and are approved before use. Ensure that all work performed is delivered in accordance with the permitting requirements of Mercury's electrical safety rules. Guide and assist your project team, alig
