What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative , you will:
- Assist viewers through phone and/or chat with their inquiries.
- Provide account and application support, including questions related to software functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues,
such as system configurations and network settings.
- Deliver accurate and real-time answers to inquiries.
- Contribute to building brand engagement for our clients.
Your qualifications
You'll excel in this role if you:
- Have a high level of Italian and English (oral and written).
- Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry .

- Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices.
