The remit spans product industrialisation, production, industrial purchasing, supplier development, supply chain, logistics and operational systems, across all categories, with leather goods at the core. It is a hands‐on role, spent largely with suppliers, manufacturing partners and warehouses, with a mandate to simplify and modernise how the brand makes and delivers its products.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & IndustrialisationIndustrialise new products with the creative and product teams: prototyping, sampling, technical development and bills of materials, from concept to production-ready.Ensure new collections are executable in quality, cost and lead time before they enter production.ProductionLead production across all categories: leather goods first, plus stationery, writing instruments and lifestyle accessories.Coordinate the external / façon manufacturing network to the highest standards of quality, timing and execution.Balance priorities across collections and continuously improve industrial performance.Industrial Purchasing & Supplier DevelopmentLead industrial purchasing and negotiate commercial terms.Identify, qualify and develop new manufacturing partners, prioritising the leather supply base, and build long‐term relationships with key suppliers.Own product cost and industrial margin, and monitor supplier performance on quality, service, delivery, ca
