Responsibilities Management of vendors master data
Contracts management and repository
Vendors qualification management
Purchase orders and purchase requisitions
Support to the cost allocation based on the PO
Support to the business lines for any procurement activity
Involvement in the optimization of internal processes
Support other company departments in contracts management (qualification, subcontracting, policies, penalties, accounting) and invoicing
Involvement in vendor selection
Management of vendors operational, economic and sustainability KPIs
Requirements A Master's degree in Economics (preferred)
2 to 4 years of experience in the procurement office of a medium or large company
Good knowledge of procurement processes and regulations governing contracts between companies and suppliers
Good knowledge of MS Office and buon utilizzo degli strumenti informatici
Good command of English
Ability to self‐organize and problem solving
Location Bologna, Italy
