Join our team in Origgio, Italy, and experience our collaborative work culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.What You Would Do As Our Export Manager We’re looking for someone to manage our key clients located across various parts of the world. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will primarily work from our Origgio headquarters, with limited need for international travel (approximately once a year). You will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing support when needed on export-related matters.
Achieve revenue targets for Gate Automation and Indirect Channel business for Pedestrian Doors, including demand generation across all product categories.
Establish and manage distribution channels, regularly reviewing their performance and providing product knowledge to all stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business objectives, including brand-building through promotional activities.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and coordinating with finance teams as needed.
Conduct ongoing market analysis, providing accurate sales forecasts and budgeting insights.
The Skills And Experience You Need We are looking for someone who:
Brings 10–15 years of industry experience in electromechanical companies. Experience within the gate or door automation sector will be a strong plus.
Can manage commercial channels and negotiate effectively, demonstrating a high drive for results, execution excellence, and ownership of responsibilities.
Can communicate fluently in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus), and build strong partnerships through excellent phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Knows digital tools like MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and can use them to deliver product knowledge, market analysis, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
