For our office in IT - NOVARA, we are looking for an Account Management & Customer Care Employee (1,0 FTE).
Function As a Customer Care Employee, you will:
Be part of a dynamic team of Account Managers and Customer Success professionals in Novara, working to build strong, structured cooperation with our customers and internal departments.
Drive account development from A to Z: from order entry and administration to operational follow up, ensuring agreements are respected, results are achieved,
and new opportunities for growth within the customer's company are identified.
Act as a growth partner: monitor service performance, anticipate customer needs, and take proactive action with your team or other departments when performance gaps appear.
Champion customer success: register and follow up on complaints with accuracy, but also focus on turning feedback into opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate closely with leadership: report directly to the Customer Care Team Leader, contributing insights that help shape our future approach to customer farming and technology adoption.

Profile We're looking for someone who:
Educational & Professional Background: Preferably holds a bachelor's degree. Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role is a strong plus.
Language Skills: Excellent command of Italian
