Position
To support Fineco's international development and the launch of its activities in Germany, we are looking for a German-native Customer Communication Specialist. The role will be part of the Customer Communication & Marketing Projects team, based in Milan, and will contribute to building, managing and evolving Fineco's customer and prospect communication for the German market across all digital touchpoints.
This is not a translation role.
The person will be responsible for adapting Fineco's messaging, tone of voice and communication flows to the German market, ensuring that every message is clear, consistent, locally relevant and aligned with Fineco's brand identity.
The role will work closely with Product, Visual Design, ICT, Compliance and International Projects, playing a key role in shaping how Fineco communicates with German customers and prospects.
What You'll Do
Creating, managing and evolving marketing and customer communication content for the German market, including website content, emails, banners, notifications and other digital assets.
Adapting global and Italian communication assets into locally relevant German messages, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance and commercial effectiveness.
Defining the structure and editorial logic of key communication touchpoints, including web pages, mobile experiences, emails and customer journ
